At Warner Music Group, I developed and maintained a creative vision for how the brand visually and tonally behaves, building lasting brand equity internally and externally.
Together with the Communications and Strategy & Operations teams, I was instrumental in crafting strategic messaging with heart and nuance.
I have honed an understanding of how a family of brands can coexist and interact, how to extrapolate a brand as it matures and grows, and how to roll out a global brand that can communicate across cultures.

At its core, WMG is each artist and songwriter on the roster, each of its diverse employees, and each of its historied record labels.
My creative team helps to tell and refine WMG’s brand story through assets ranging from WMG’s trade advertisements, events, annual reports, signage, Socials, company websites, and more.

2018-2025: Hired and managed a global team of designers and video producers

2018-2022: Led label and company rebrands in partnership with Pentagram and Collins
2020: Led design, including branding and presentation materials, on WMG’s IPO
While at Warner Music Group, I led multiple label rebrands in collaboration with external creative agencies. My responsibilities involved sourcing and vetting the agencies, leading meetings, compiling and conveying feedback, and advocating for the client at every turn.
With each launch, we engaged with stakeholders across the company to ensure brand adoption and evolution according to local needs.
